Season Delayed for Another Week

Having been up to inspect the field at Ingfield Manor School this morning, it has been decided to delay the first Baseball practice sessions for a further week as it is still very wet following the extra rain we have had again in the past week.

This now means that the first sessions for all the teams will take place on the following dates:

RED SOX - MONDAY 19TH MAY
YANKEES - TUESDAY 20TH MAY
CUBS - WEDNESDAY 21ST MAY
ATHLETICS - THURSDAY 22ND MAY
METS - FRIDAY 23RD MAY

In an effort to try and get the field at Ingfield Manor School looking good and the Baseball pitches marked out for use this season, we have organised another date to try and get this done (there was one back in March but heavy rain meant that only a small amount of the work was done). The details are:

Date   Saturday 3rd May

Times  10.00am - 3.00pm

We need as much help as possible, so if you are able to come along and help at any time on this day (even if it is only for an hour) it would be greatly appreciated. There is no need to respond to this e-mail, just turn up on the 3rd May and help us create our 'field of dreams'.
